The nerve reflex that corresponds to the sinus is the tips of the fingers and toes.
The top of the hand and the top of the foot represents the front of the body
The bottom of the hand and the bottom of the foot represent the back of the body
The thumb represents the head which is where the sinus is located (all finger tips represent head)
The big toe represents the head which is where the sinus is located (all tips of toes represent head)
If your sinus is hurting in the front of your head, you would rub the top of your thumb, big toe, and top of all toes and fingers.
Rub daily to prevent sinus
