Ask Diana

If you have a health-related question, send me an email at dianadayton@yahoo.com and I will answer it anonymously in this blog. Or if you prefer, I will answer your question privately with a reply email.

Please note that I am a natural health practitioner and not a medical doctor, and therefore do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.

I can, however, advise with health conditions that can be helped with the different modalities I practice.

Blessings,

Diana

How Can I Use Reflexology to Help My Sinus?

The nerve reflex that corresponds to the sinus is the tips of the fingers and toes.

The top of the hand and the top of the foot represents the front of the body
The bottom of the hand and the bottom of the foot represent the back of the body

The thumb represents the head which is where the sinus is located (all finger tips represent head)
The big toe represents the head which is where the sinus is located (all tips of toes represent head)

If your sinus is hurting in the front of your head, you would rub the top of your thumb, big toe, and top of all toes and fingers.

Rub daily to prevent sinus

Hope this info helps everyone
